Phoebe Berks Village Commons
- 24 hour a day access to nursing services of Phoebe Berks Health Care Center for urgent health care needs
- 51 furnished private rooms (double rooms available for couples)
- Four-bed infirmary available to Phoebe Berks Village residents
- Central dining room
- Located eight miles west of Reading, Pennsylvania on the same campus as Phoebe Berks Health Care Center and Phoebe Berks Village, a community of 194 apartments and 37 cottages for senior adults
- Village Community Center offering cafe, bank, beauty/barber shop, heated swimming pool, convenience store, chapel, library and woodworking shop
- Activity, game and fitness rooms
- Supervised wellness program
- Massage Therapy
Phoebe Berks Village Gardens
Village Gardens provides personal care with a specialized activity program for those who benefit from memory support services. The community consists of 24 private rooms with landscaped outdoor space for residents to enjoy.
LICENSURE
Phoebe Berks’ personal care/assisted living residences are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Public Welfare.
PAYMENT
Private pay is generally the payment method for personal care/assisted living services. Limited funds are available for those individuals on Supplemental Security Income (SSI).
