Phoebe Berks Health Care Center offers a full range of medical and nursing services administered by our highly skilled staff.

  • 90 skilled and intermediate care nursing beds

  • Personal care/assisted living is offered in the adjacent Phoebe Berks Village Commons. The residence can accommodate 55 individuals needing assistance with the activities of daily living
  • Rehabilitation services are available, including physical, occupational, speech and dysphagia therapies
  • Located eight miles west of Reading, Pennsylvania, on the campus of Phoebe Berks Village, a full-scale retirement community with independent and assisted living services
  • Village Community Center offering café, bank, gift shop, chapel and library

Phoebe's nursing and rehabilitation centers are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Health and are Medicare and Medicaid Certified.
