Short-Term Rehabilitation Services
Our short-term rehabilitation services are designed for individuals needing an extensive rehabilitation program following an illness, surgery or injury. We strive to restore original ability levels and prepare patients for independent living in their own homes.
Phoebe Berks provides skilled care for:
- Joint replacements, fracture recovery and other orthopedic conditions
- Strokes
- Injuries, including sports, auto and worker’s compensation
- Hand and wrist injuries
- Neurologic conditions
- Neck and back conditions
- Dysphagia conditions
- Wound care
- Arthritis
- Pain management
Outpatient Rehabilitation Services
We offer our specialized facilities and expertise in rehabilitation services to the general community at our three skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers.

A larger physical therapy pavilion and two renovated wings in the Health Care Center for short-term rehab care are being developed. Short-term rehab residents will thrive in these separate 11-bed “households,” which will feature private rooms and common space for dining and socialization.
